Bitcrushing sound while recording in Logic Pro X

I recently switched over from GarageBand to Logic Pro X. All of my tracks in Logic Pro have a weird "bit crushing" sound (see the attached file to get a sample of the sound). The guitar is going straight into the interface, none of the tracks are clipping, and the problem goes away after switching guitars, cables, and going back to GarageBand. It's definitely a Logic Pro X issue, I'm just at a loss for what to do. Any help is appreciated!
