Include in Home Summaries Setting Does Not Work

I have several temperature sensors in one room, I've gone through and turned off "Include in Home Summaries" for all but one of them, yet they still appear in the home summary.

I've recreated a feedback assistant ticket for this long lived issue and I'm posting this in the community to gage how many other people are affected by this issue.
