New Shokz headphones connected to my iPhone has extremely low volume

New Shokz bone conduction headphones today. I linked them to my iPhone and setup the Shokz app, but the volume is very low and although set to maximum on my iPhone and maximum on the headphones, it is still low. I have reset the headphones multiple times but it is still a problem.
