Why does iTunes get stuck to launch when my very old iPod nano 6G is connected to my 64-bit W10 Pro PC via its old USB-A cable?

Even after minutes to launch iTunes v12.13.2.3, iPod nano 6G doesn't show up. If I disconnect this cable, then iTunes v12.13.2.3 is fast! I don't have this problem with iPhones. Everything is updated. I don't use the buggy Apple Music for Windows. iPod nano 6G has enabled disk use (W10's File Explorer shows up instantly after connecting iPod nano 6G!) and v1.2 software.

Thank you for reading and hopefully answering soon. :)
