iCloud encountered an error while trying to connect to the server.

Hi, I have two mac laptops with the same OS "sonoma" and two iCloud accounts. When I try to access one of the iCloud accounts on the web "iCloud.com" from any mac laptop or even PC, an error prevents the access and the message in the image appears, although the "Access iCloud Data on the Web" is turned on in the System Settings!!

While the other iCloud account can be accessed on the web seamlessly from the same two mac laptops. Actually, I did not find the solution on Apple Support.

Did anyone encountered this strange error??
