Can I combine Bin-On My Mac and Bin-iCloud on my MacBookAir Sonoma Mail?

On sonoma mail there are two bins. Bin-On My Mac and Bin-icloud.
Can these be combined?

No , the bin if on my Mac and iCloud can never be combined and treated as one bin folder , however when mails deleted from iCloud bin moves to bin of on my Mac .
