Bootcamp assistant

I don’t have a usb to put the software. I tried partitioning on the disk and it damaged the windows partition so what do i do. I only have cd and a hard drive. I had to actually delete windows and reinstall it because the windows partition was no longer considered bootable. I just need to get internet and working web browser then i should be working fine.
