bootcamp stuck in partitioning disk forever on mac mini 2018 (macOS Monterey)

I haven't backup my mac to run the bootcamp, my storage is 1 T but only 300GB are free.

it show me the screen :

"I've been waiting for 18 hours but still stuck in the same state.

"your bac will stop responding while resizing volume; this may last for several mins or hours. Please do not quit Boot Camp Assistant, power off the computer or restart until operation is complete"

the STOP button is greyed out, I didn't know what should I do now.

Should I quit the bootcamp now? Or should I keep waiting ?
