Playlist not uploading to iTunes Match

I have been using iTunes Match for years. When I create a playlist on my Mac, it becomes available on all my devices. A recent playlist I created did not sync to iTunes Match. Is there any way to force it to sync? Is there a limit on the number of playlists you can have? Any ideas on making it work?
