Too many disk I/O tasks (flex audio) - Extreme compress factor

I've followed fixes for this and restarted after turning off flex everywhere but it's still coming up. I've bounced the track too... Any other ideas? (I'm old and fairly stupid)

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 14.6
