Xtimate on Mac

Hi, I am considering to buy a new Mac with M3 Pro chip to run Xtimate.

1)If you are already a user please tell me about your experience.

2)512 GB of memory is ok? Or better to buy 1 TB?

3)Do you struggle with printing estimates on the field with portable printer?
