Assistive touch malfunction

My iphone 11 keeps having issues with the assistive touch coming on randomly. I go into settings and turn it off but it keeps coming back! I went to settings and hit assistive touch then scrolled to the bottom but nothing is checked off to make it active. Please help! It’s getting on my nerves!

You may have set up AssistiveTouch so that a simple tap opens the AssistiveTouch menu,

or

You may have set up (or want to try) Accessibility Shortcut to control whether AssistiveTouch is on or off.

Above linked article says:

Tip: To turn AssistiveTouch on or off quickly, you can set up Accessibility Shortcut, then triple-click a button.

Else: Wondering if this where you have been turning it off:

Go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch > AssistiveTouch. Turn off AssistiveTouch.

Also wondering if Touch Accommodations.is on or off:

Go to Settings  > Accessibility > Touch > Touch Accommodations, to see if it is Touch Accommodations that is on.

You can adjust the settings for taps, swipes, and multiple touches

All the best :-)
