Why is my new Apple Music playlist not showing on Android?

My apple music song files are stored on my macbook air. I am trying to get a new playlist of existing songs to appear on the apple music app on my Android phone(Samsung Galaxy S21 plus). Other playlists are showing but not the newest one. We have family membership in apple music and my wife is the primary account holder. On my mac, in music, under preferences I have library sync turned on.

What magic piece of undocumented instructions am I missing???
