How to check my MacBook details with serial number?

This may a bit different depending on your exact version of macOS, but go to the Apple menu at the upper-left of your screen, select About This Mac, and look at the Overview tab. That should list the the model. Then you can look up that model number on the Web to see when that series was manufactured. You can get more details about your Mac by clicking the System Report button and looking at the Hardware Overview.

I think if you want to know detail, such as what model of your MacBook, you can get by Model No., not Serial No.
