Using Stream Recorder on Mac to Record Streaming Audio?

I’ve been exploring different ways to capture audio streams on my Mac, and I came across a tool called Stream Recorder . I mainly use my MacBook for streaming music and podcasts, and there are times when I wish I could save certain live streams or audio for offline listening later.

Has anyone here used Stream Recorder on a Mac to capture streaming audio? I’m curious about how well it works in terms of quality and compatibility with macOS. Also, are there any potential issues regarding audio sync or legality when using this tool?

I know Apple Music allows downloads for offline use, but sometimes I want to capture live events or non-downloadable content. Any feedback on using this or similar software for that purpose would be super helpful.
