Right HomePod has stopped playing sound

I need homepod help. I use two full size homepods for tv speakers. A few weeks ago i noticed the left one was louder than the right one, so i unplugged the right one then plugged it back in and that seamed to fix it. Now the right homepod has stopped playing tv sound completely. I have ungrouped it. I can ask it a question like “whats the outside temp” and it will answer. If i ask it to “turn on the livingroom lights” it responds like it did but nothing happened. In the home app i moved it to a different room then tried to airplay to it. My phone says there is music playing but i dont hear anything. Is the homepod just dead? Is there anyway to fix it?
