Seems the Widex Moment app is available for iPhone and Apple Watch.

Widex do not seem to have a particular version of the app for iPad available.

For: "Compatibility" App Store webpage (link below) says nothing about app compatibility with iPad:

iPhone Requires iOS 13.2 or later.

iPod touch Requires iOS 13.2 or later.

Apple Watch Requires watchOS 6.0 or later.

Apple support;'s online article: Use hearing devices with iPhone - Apple Support

says:

"Use your hearing devices with more than one device

If you pair your hearing devices with more than one device (both iPhone and iPad, for example), the connection for your hearing devices automatically switches from one to the other when you do something that generates audio on the other device, or when you receive a phone call on iPhone.

Changes you make to hearing device settings on one device are automatically synced with your other devices.

  1. Sign in with your Apple ID on all the devices.
  2. Connect all the devices to the same Wi-Fi network."

Article also says you can: "Turn on Hearing Aid Compatibility"

"Hearing Aid Compatibility may reduce interference and improve audio quality with some hearing aid models.

    1. Go to Settings > Accessibility > Hearing Devices.
    2. Turn on Hearing Aid Compatibility".

Sorry I don't know for certain. (Am no expert in this area.)

You may want to check with Widex : Most hearing Aid manufacturers have a Support / Help web-page:

Eg: Try: https://www.widex.com/en-ca/support/

There's also a QR code for checking device compatibility on the webpage (link below):

All the best :-)
