Accessing obsolete accounts
My purchases under an obsolete account name are not accessible, although the album cover and songs are still in my library.
If you mean that you are trying to re-download those tracks from the iTunes Store, then you can only do that using the Apple ID and password you purchased them under. If that's not what you mean, please post back and clarify.
