Being that we here are just users like you, no one has that info until Apple announces it.
As of now there has been no announcement of updated Mac mini computers.
Correct, no new Mac models were announced. Apple almost never mixes announcements for new Macs with announcements for new iPhones, so the lack of anything about the Mac mini is not surprising.

Yeah, that was today’s big announcement for Apple Watch, AirPods and iPhone 16. Nothing there about Mac mini, unfortunately.
