Apple Music - "Up-to-date" Playlists as Smart Playlist

I want to add music from "up-to-date" playlists as part of a smart playlist.

For example, I want to add all music of "Top 100: Canada" in a playlist. But since this "Top 100: Canada" playlist is constantly getting updated, I want all the new updates to be reflected in this playlist that I'll make. So that's why I thought that the playlist has to be a smart playlist instead of a regular playlist in order to do it.

How can I do this? Otherwise, I would have to always update the playlist whenever there are new updates to the Top 100: Canada playlist.

I'm doing this in my Mac's Apple Music app btw.
