Even though iMac Pro has ECC memory, I think your iMac Pro has memory, RAM related or other hardware issue, try to run Apple Diagnostics if it reports RAM related or other error.

All the peripherals are unattached.

Where they unattached when the crash log was generated? A couple of cryptic lines in the report may be related to USB performance.

Crash logs are easily readable by alien savants after ingesting a lot of alcohol, but not so useful for us mere mortals. A plain-language system config report may let us better see issues.
