iPad freezes 5-10 seconds randomly

Ever since the last update, my iPad freezes randomly for 5-10 seconds. I can’t scroll, presses don’t register, etc. and then it’ll work fine for awhile. I’ve restarted it, force restarted, tried turning off various things like keyboard word prediction. It does this in every app and on the home page. It’s extremely frustrating, especially when typing.
