I am using Spark Mail with my iCloud email account. I sent two emails with 17MB attachments and both disappeared from my Sent folder, despite receiving confirmation that the messages were received on the other end. I don't know how this is possible, or how Apple hasn't fixed it since there is a similar thread from 2014 that does not appear to be solved.
