2FA Codes lost after importing passwords from Chrome CSV

I just upgraded my macOS today to Sequoia, and imported passwords from Chrome using CSV. I followed these steps:

Import passwords from another app into Passwords on Mac - Apple Support (IN)

After the import, now all my 2FA codes are lost which were previously set up in my Apple passwords.

I am not able to login to some of the services without the 2FA codes, and I do not have the backup codes as well.

Any tips on how can I recover my old passwords?

I also tried on my old iPhone which is on previous version of iOS but even there all the codes are lost :(

Not the actual codes, but the setup that was done for those particular services.

I'm still confused. The setup is really on the other end. You need the login and the passcode. Whatever you're logging into will then send you a one-time code to the mobile number or email address they have on record which you then enter.

Are you saying that you have forgotten the username and passwords for your accounts?
