how has a multi billion dollar corporation still not refined apple music on ps5 after this long? how does apple music STILL suck on playstation?

Ive had a playstation for a while and apple music has been connected for a while. Music never plays yet the time will go on as if its playing. It crashes, it lags, i cant even scroll to the bottom of my playlist without the app having an aneurysm. ive already decided to never buy an apple product again but youre ruining the experience on playstation for people who pay you for your services too.
