My files have been converted to icloud synchronisation files when i uploaded to Google Drive and now I can't access the original files

Hi,

I was running out of storage on my laptop so I uploaded most of my files onto Google Drive to give me more storage. I didn't realise until after 30 days that all of my files were converted to .jpg.icloud files or .docx.icloud files or .nef.icloud files and now I can't access them at all. I've tried researching how to convert it back without the original files as I deleted them. I'm really upset as this had photos from my husband's bucks weekend that he will never get back and it has word documents that I will never get back.

I need a solution as to how to restore these files so I can get all these files back.
