Apple's new Podcasts via the web don't show "private" podcast feeds

I was very happy to finally see Podcasts being available on the web as I have been wanting to ditch iTunes for Windows. I saw almost immediately that I was missing 2 podcasts -- the two that I get a private RSS from Patreon. Only public RSS feeds are included. Also, secondarily, I don't have access to my podcast stations.

Is there a plan to remedy this or to provide a Windows version of the Podcast app like on iPhone, iPad, Mac, etc., like there are separate apps on Windows for Music, TV, and Devices?
