Is there some way to turn off auto-pausing downloads if I haven't listened to a podcast in 15 days?

I HATE this new feature introduced in iOS 17 where, if you haven't listened to a podcast in 15 days, it pauses the automatic downloads and I need to go in and re-enable it. Is there any way to turn this the heck off permanently?
