Home Sharing Pop Up Window for Import does not appear

Updated to Sequoia 15.0. I turn on Home Sharing on family member laptop and access their library using Home Sharing. You are supposed to highlight the songs you want to import and then a pop-up will appear:

"Click the Show pop-up menu at the bottom of the iTunes window and choose “Items not in my library.”

This does not appear. Where is it and how do you resolve?
