System Settings iCloud plus Price increase red tag

As suggested by Apple support elements "iCloud plus Price Increase red tag" notice did not disappear after I updated my OS with the new Sequoia 15.0. As is known all other Macs I operate, when I saw this notice, clicking it made it disappear. Why newest OS did not solve it as it was reported to Apple by many direct official sources and by users as well as I was told and seen on community reports. Now what would be the solving suggestion of Apple? If it will disappear on its due date it would be acceptable.
