remote management request time out

Good morning.

We are starting the configuration for some IPAD in our Apple business account, I used apple configurator in our MAC PRO, connect direct the IPAD and make step by step the process.

The problem its that we see IPAD information on my apple configurator when its connected with the cable, but when I tried to finish the IPAD STOPED at remote management ( request server time out).

I delete the Ipad, connect again, factory reset, delete IPAD on business portal and apple configurator and nothing happen.

If somebody can help me, Thanks
