How do I skip backwards or forwards on AirPods 4?

How do I get podcasts to skip forward or back on AirPods 4 with Active Noise Cancellation? With the AirPods 2 I could just say ‘move forward one minute’ or ‘go back 20 minutes’ or whatever, and voila, it was there. Now, nothing happens. Any tips appreciated.
