Locked out of iCloud account
we have an icoud account setup for work (with more than 100 phones attached to it, who are all our drivers) we use a custom built app to manage the deliveries. one of them thought he was changing the password on his own phone snd started the password recovery on our iCloud account. We are now locked out our account.
Apple support tell us we need to turn all the handsets off for several days to do an account reset, but we are a business that runs 7 days a week so this isn’t possible.
the only option we look to be left with is to create a new account replace all the phones.
surely Apple must have a better solution for password reset than this? We have the access to the main trusted number and email account associated with the account. Does anyone know a solution we can try
