Hey there! I just got the iPhone 16 Pro 1TB, and it’s overheating like crazy. It’s kinda scary, feels like it might explode in my hand while I’m typing this. I bought it less than 24 hours ago. Any tips? Also, what’s the return policy? Thanks

I bought my iPhone 16 pro on the day they were released. It’s got hotter and hotter each day until it has said it has to stop charging due to overheating today. It’s quite worrying as the device gets so hot. I can’t seem to log a support call though. Does anyone know how I can?
What movie are you watching? I want to try to duplicate the issue.
Not that I’m aware of. You’re the first I’ve seen reporting that. Try deleting the app and downloading again. If that fails contact Apple are the issue. I suspect they are unrelated.
Already tried deleting the Apple TV app and then re-downloading it from App Store. Same thing (that doubling up of episodes) occurred both before and after. 🫤 That will not solve it.
Contact Apple Support.
I think updates will gradually slow down performance to alleviate the heating issues. 😀
I brought my iPhone 16 pro max back in Septembers 2024 and it started running hot as well as freezing up last month Feb of this year 2025.
it also seems a bit slow and drop WiFi often
