I’ve brought a new phone and now all of my emails have disappeared from my iCloud mail! I had Asda vouchers sent to me to redeem in store only they have now vanished and I have no clue how to get them back, please please help us TY!

You need to login to with the same email address and password you were using before. That's assuming you were using IMAP/SMTP for that account.
If you had your mail set up as POP, then those emails will only be directly on the old phone.
