Folders disappear from icloud desktop web browser after font colour change of words in note

Since Apple now allows font colour change in icloud notes with the release of IOS18, the note will disappear from the online notes but is still visible on the iphone. The disappearance occurs realtime, the font colour is changed on the phone and the note then immediately disappears from online icloud notes. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Did Apple drop the ball on this and is simply ignoring the issue ?
