Removing Text from HH camera shot

Hi, is there an app or an fcpx plugin that can be used to remove text from a moving shot (not on a tripod)?

I'm hoping someone has figured out how to use a moving shot to interpolate what the background should be while removing the text (foreground)

Prefer FCPX, but I'll take iOS or a standalone OSX app too if it works. The few that I've tried this morning don't work very well.

I'm not sure how you want to do it. Please provide a link to a visual example.

whoops- tried to share links to my local storage, but the forum doesn't like that, so here we go with some unlisted YT spots:

here's an example of a vid where I'd like to remove the text:

And here's an example of the results from one of the many apps I tried.:

Just wondering as FCPX is probably a more powerful tool that what I'd been trying, if there was something native, or purchase-able that could be used to get better results? Id' think that these days there'd be something that could interpolate the background pixels using the adjacent frames?

hopefully not wishful thinking, but we'll see i suppose.

Thanks!
