How to draw in noteOn offsets that resemble a strum?
I've been able to manually achieve various strumming effects by shifting the noteOn point of various notes in a chord. And I'm looking for a more efficient approach.
First here are a coupe of examples.
• This is a classic folk strum using Native Instruments Picked Nylon. The middle portion plays the chord with no onset stagger. And the third section is a bass-brush variation of the initial strum.

• This is a similar strum on Native Instruments Session Ukulele
I'm pretty sure I recall seeing a Piano Rool graphic tool that easily sliced off the head of notes in the Piano Roll, just by brushing across the stack of chord notes. That's what I've done manually, but tool like that would make it about 5 times faster. I think the "cropping" tool in a video my Music Tech Help Guy.
Anybody the name of the tool? And if so, a link to a video.
Aside from that, does Logic any sort of built-in of "arpeggio" strum MIDI effect?
