How can I fix my dated iMac running Windows 10 on Boot Camp!

I am missing my Login Screen. There is not login screen?

Tried Ctr-Alt-Del and it does not respond.

Tried F-8 tapping can not get to Safe Mode.

Only able to shut down or reboot with button.
