This happened in January and was a quick fix...just cannot remember. In Mail: I open it and immediately a blank unusable page pop up. It will not close and Force Quit does not work and several complete shut downs do not work.
The fix was like 'one click' on an option...(one I did not do). Not a virus, or the drive, all is updated, nothing is dirty, etc. Please advise

Try to check your Mac mini with Apple Diagnostics if it's caused by hardware issue.
Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac – Apple Support (AU)
Blank Pages pop up and will not close unless in shutdown.
