'Sign in with Apple' occasionally pops up on Touch Bar when using Safari

Occasionally while browsing on Safari, the 'Sign in with Apple' Touch Bar prompt will pop up, while having no relevance to what I'm doing whatsoever...

I press Cancel every time, and it does not effect on what I am doing/searching.

I'm mainly curious simply as to why it happens, but I would also like to know if there is a way I can avoid this from happening in the future.
