Ios18 Apple Music starts on its own

Several times a day my iPhone starts playing music in Music app. It is streaming from Apple Music that I loaded years ago. I do not have a subscription, mostly because of this issue.

I do not accidentally press play.

iPhone is sitting on my desk or in my pocket. No apps are open, I don’t leave them running.

Music app is not open or running in background (I never use it).

Only bluetooth device connected is my apple watch, and hearing aids.

It happens anywhere I am, often while driving or reading a document on my ipad.

Only way I can stop it is to open apple music app, press pause, then swipe up to close it.
