When I want to copy from my Synology NAS to my Mac Mini 2028 using SMB 2, it crashes when opening the folder on my Synology NAS. Does anyone know how this is possible and how I can solve this? Or should I wait for an update?

We need to see what all is running, a report from this will not display any personal info...

If you can update to DSM 7.2.2, I would do so. And in Control Panel > File Services, here is what I have set:
I have no issues with macOS Sequoia 15.0.1 while using my Synology DiskStation with SMB or AFP over TCP/IP. Sequoia is configured to accept just SMB2 and SMB3 connections by default.
