Apple Music University Student Discount

Hi,

I am a medical student from India I want to subscribe Apple Music for 59 Rs university discount. But my college is not in the list. I also have unidays student account still I am unable to buy at university discount.

So my question is what should I do to get university discount?

How can I add my college name in the list?
