Not finding Audio Quality settings under Settings > Apps > Music on iPhone SE2 and iOS 18.0.1

I synched my iPhone SE2 with iTunes after a few months and although my song choice was unchanged, the synching doubled the storage space of my iPhone from 9GB to 18GB and I am out of room. So, searching this forum, the advice is to go to Music > Audio Quality and select "High Quality" instead of "Lossless." But I don't have an "Audio Quality" setting in my Music settings. How else can I control the size of the Music download?
