The selected part of file is replaced by the other part of same file

never faced this problem. I selected the part where I am playing drums . Project showing correct order - preview after editing and before final transfer .. the final rendered file shows beginning part , where I am not playing drums … wave file is correct.. using 2 different cams . Problem is happening with the iPhone 15pro max video Raw file .. can someone kindly help on this ???? I have been working on fcp for quite long now but never ever faced this problem ….. I use Mac M1 Max 32 GB RAM

all together 10/12 cuts … only in 2 places the change has happened
