If I reply to an email on my iPhone 13 it does not show up anywhere on my iMac either within the conversation or in the Sent folder. I'm using IMAP and have turned on all syncing options. If I reply to an email on my iMac it does show up on my iPhone. Help!

I would check you service providers website were you originally set up your email address to see if there is a misconfiguration. I would also check your settings in Mail and your Rules in Mail to see if there is a misconfiguration.
