Apple Music Chrome web player

I always log into the web player to listen to iTunes at work, but recently a window prompting me to purchase a subscription pops up. I already pay for a subscription, but it says if I cancel, I can access my music until December of 2022????? I can usually exit out of this window, but now it will not let me unless I choose to subscribe. I already subscribe!!!! I'm having no issues with iTunes on my phone, just the web player. Any suggestions????
