Ugh, what’s with emails being deleted from multiple accounts by a single action in one account? (Eg. One email sent to multiple accounts (outlook for personal use and gmail for work use), delete from outlook and it also deleted from gmail without me actually deleting from gmail?! Super unhelpful, hopefully this is being corrected Apple?!?

Gmail and Outlook isn't Apple product, report your issue to Microsoft and gmail support.
