Deleted music app on iPhone, re installed, now I can't access my library unless i subscribe?

I subscribe to itunes Match keep all my ripped cds and purchases in the cloud and then access them on the phone when I want. Had to make room for an update - deleted songs and app(accidentally?) now when I go back in, I have no access to any of that library. Music app on MacOS is set to sync, it'd all there. It seems like the right account is selected yet keeps asking to subscribe to music. Can't seem to get it back now. suggestions? Iphone 12 Ios 18.0.1
